Every Penny Counts Emergency Assistance (EPCEA)
EPCEA is managed by the JustUs Health and offers limited emergency financial aid to individuals and families living with HIV. EPCEA helps to pay utility bills, rent, medical costs, etc.

Program HH
Program HH is managed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services and provides access to HIV medications, insurance benefits, dental services, mental health services and nutrition services for HIV-positive persons who meet program eligibility guidelines.
