Free Narcan (naloxone) at any RAAN location

In response to the nationwide opiate epidemic, RAAN has reached out to partner with other agencies in developing our overdose prevention response.   RAAN has made naloxone/Narcan kits available statewide for those who need them. Narcan is used for opiate overdose reversal. We provide training (about 20 minutes) for proper use with each kit. Narcan kits are provided at no charge, thanks to our partnership with Minnesota Department of Human Services and Valhalla Place.
